Backstop for missed RouteFusion webhooks. Each run drains the incoming and outbound RouteFusion feeds and creates any bank transactions that are missing. Neither feed can express a date window server-side, so each run is self-bounding: incoming stops when a page yields nothing new, outbound pages forward from a high-water mark and stops on a short page. Existing rows are never duplicated.
Showing runs Temporal still retains.
